Our helpful client services team is here to advise on Day Spa treatments or Health Club matters.
*The minimum age requirement for access to the spa and to experience treatments is 16 years old.
*A 100% charge will apply for any treatments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice. The same applies for no-shows and gift certificate bookings.
*When making your reservation, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your experience.
*Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment is scheduled. This gives you and your therapist time to plan the perfect treatment experience. If you arrive late, we may have to reduce your treatment time. We’ll do our best to avoid that, but it’s not always possible.

- Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Saturday 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Sunday 9.00am – 4.00pm
- Public Holidays – Reception Closed- Health Club Open from 4.30am to 10pm.
After hour gym access daily from 4:30am – 10:00pm
